We hope you love your recent order with Posh World Boutique! Upon receipt of your item(s), please inspect your order immediately! If you believe you have received the Wrong item or a Damaged item, please contact us within three days at [email protected] Sorry but we CANNOT make exceptions if you’ve had the item(s) over three days or if the items have been washed or if they have been worn. The items must not be altered in anyway this includes but is not limited to the following: make up stains from trying on items, perfumes, cigarette smoke, obvious wear. Tags must still be attached. In the event you are returning shoes the shoe box must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes. Please do not use the shoe box as the main shipping container. All items must be returned in the exact condition you received them. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item(s) returned are unable to be resold in their returned condition, you will be subject to an ($cost) shipping fee in addition to a $10.00 handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you.
Defective Item(s): If you believe you have received a defective item you must contact us within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise the item is considered a final sale.
Wrong Item(s): If you believe you have received the wrong item you must contact us within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise the item is considered a final sale.
Pictured Items: All primary pictures on our website are of the single item being sold. In some additional pictures we have layered our items to give our customers a view of our merchandise in a layered fashion. Each item is sold separately. In the photos on the website where we have layered items we have placed this information under the description to advise our customers the items are sold separately. We will not issue store credit or refund based off a photograph of layered items.
Return Policy: If you need to return an item for any other reason return items will be processed in the form of a STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be received within 21 days of the date your order shipped from us. Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn and the tags must still be attached. The items must not be altered in anyway. this includes but is not limited to the following: make-up stains from trying on items, perfumes, cigarette smoke, obvious wear. The items must be in the exact condition you received them when we shipped them to you.
If you need to return an item, Return For Store Credit Only: Simply email [email protected] with the following information: Name, Email, Order Number, Item(s) Description, and SKU number. Mail the item back to us with the original receipt/packing slip, if you do not have the original receipt/packing slip please include a note with the following information: Name, Email, Order Number, Item(s) Description, SKU number and the reason for your return along with the item(s) you are returning. Returns are generally processed within 3-4 business days after we receive them. Once the return is processed you will receive an email with a coupon to use at check out for your store credit.
Return Policy Information: Returns sent in that do not meet the return policy criteria are subject to shipping fee plus a $10.00 handling fee to have the items shipped back to you.
No Returns/Final Sale items Policy: Any items in the “Sale” section marked at 30% off or greater and any clearance items and any of the following items: scarves, belts, hats, socks, hair accessories, and undergarments are final and CANNOT be returned. Shoes returned using the shoebox as a shipping container are not permitted.
Disclaimer: We do our very best to photograph each item to capture the accurate colors and patterns! We also strive to provide accurate descriptions of our items on our website. However, items that appear to have a slight variance will not be considered defective because some of the merchandise may be slightly different due to color tones and/or pattern placement.
